Dr. Such has practiced in the hospitals of La Fe in Valencia and Carlos Haya in Malaga, and currently works in the Heart Areas of Xanit International Hospital and Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital where, since 1996, he has developed valve repair techniques and treatments for aortic aneurysms.

Since 1990, he has been a member of the research group on the bicuspid aortic valve and its relationship with aneurysmal dilation of the ascending aorta and aortic dissection, in collaboration with the the University of Malaga's Biology Faculty.

He has contributed to numerous scientific publications and has been awarded several research prizes.
