Hospitalization Area at Xanit Hospital Internacional

The Hospitalization Area of Xanit Internacional occupies three floors, with 111 rooms, twelve of which are suites.

The hospital has facilities to satisfy the needs of both patients and any accompanying friends or family. Comfort and rest are a priority. All rooms are silent.

Xanit-habitaciones

Rooms are individual, with a guest bed, and are equipped with the latest technological advances: digital TV, satellite TV stations, Internet connection and internal communications via digital intercom, a clear combination of the best medical attention, wellness and rest.

Visiting hours

Times for visiting admitted patients are flexible. Patients may be visited at any time of day, except for those in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit), which has specific hours:

Mornings: 13.00 - 14.00
Evenings: 19.00 - 20.00

Practical Advice

If you or a family member need a certificate justifying your hospital stay, please contact Admissions.
If you bring valuable objects with you, they can be left in the hospital’s safes. Please contact our Welfare Department who will inform you about this option.

The Arrhythmias Unit of the Heart Area cares for patients with heart rhythm disorders. It is divided into two specific areas.

Marfan Unit

ICTA has the first Marfan unit set up in the private health sector in Spain: we diagnose, follow-up and treat Marfan syndrome patients.

Cardiac Surgery

Modern Cardiac Surgery: coronary surgery with and without extracorporeal circulation, conventional valve surgery, etc.

Aortic Valve Unit

Our group has pioneered aortic valve replacement techniques. Our operating theatre is fully equipped for aortic root surgeries.

Clinical Cardiology

Electrocardiograms, stress tests & echocardiograms: consultations at Hospital Xanit (Benalmádena) or Fuengirola .

Sudden Death Unit

Early diagnosis, follow-up and treatment of potentially lethal cardiovascular diseases that may result in sudden death in athletes.

Hemodynamics

Coronarography, studies of patients with valvulopathies: congenital heart disease in adults, transseptal catheterisation, etc.
