Clinical Cardiology

At the same time as your appointment, if you wish, you can do tests such as an electrocardiogram (ECG), a stress test or an echocardiogram. Appointments can be made either at our hospital located in Benalmadena or in Fuengirola, where echocardiograms are also available.

Arrhythmias

The Arrhythmias Unit of the Heart Area cares for patients with heart rhythm disorders. It is divided into two specific areas.

Marfan Unit

ICTA has the first Marfan unit set up in the private health sector in Spain: we diagnose, follow-up and treat Marfan syndrome patients.

Cardiac Surgery

Modern Cardiac Surgery: coronary surgery with and without extracorporeal circulation, conventional valve surgery, etc.

Aortic Valve Unit

Our group has pioneered aortic valve replacement techniques. Our operating theatre is fully equipped for aortic root surgeries.

Clinical Cardiology
